Trying to explain what life is like living with a chronic illness like Fibromyalgia is just impossible, unless you live it you just wouldn’t understand! I’ve made this design so you can wave it at people on flair up days when you want to scream but don’t have the energy. If you’d like the design altering in any way just drop me a message to discuss before ordering. Feel free to add a personalised message which will be written on the other side of the mug, just add it to the personalisation box, names will be written in the same purple font as Fibromyalgia, all other messages will be in the black writing.
This 11oz ceramic mug has the design printed on one side, as shown in the picture. If you’d like to add a name or message to the back just add details in the personalisation box. It is dishwasher and microwave safe, although hand washing is the best way to keep the design in pristine condition.

All of our mugs are sent via Royal Mail 48hr tracked within 5 working days (Monday to Friday) of the order being placed. You can upgrade to Express postage and we will send via RM 24 hour tracked. We process orders in line with our promise but unfortunately we can’t control the actual delivery times, so please don’t shout at us if Postman Pat is delayed….it’s better than Evri throwing it in your hedges.
