PMP is made up of Mrs PMP (Julie) and Mr PMP (Martin) a “happily” married couple from Sunderland. We set up PMP as a hobby and have managed to turn it (along with a few other little projects) into a full time job thanks to all our lovely customers. We work from home and do all of our sales online.

Times vary depending on what you’re ordering and our workload however the maximum your order would take is 2 weeks from payment date but is usually a lot less. If you need your item quicker please mention that when ordering.

Items can be collected for free from us here at PMP HQ in Sunderland. We also deliver all over the UK via royal mail 2nd class signed for, which is £2.50 for things that can fit in a large letter or £4 for a small parcel. Items can be sent 1st class if urgent for the increased fee. Larger parcels are sent via UPS or DPD for £8. UK postage is free on orders over £60. For postage to Ireland or elsewhere outside the UK please contact us for current charges as this will vary greatly depending on parcel size/weight. Any items we list as including postage means 2nd class uk, anything different you will need to pay the difference in postage cost.

Personalised items can’t be returned unless they are faulty so you need to make sure you pick the correct size and give us the correct spelling when ordering. If you have any questions about sizing just ask. When you receive your item we want you to look at it and say “wow that’s proper mint!” so if you have any problem with your order please get in touch straight away so that we can try and fix it.

We make a large range of items that can be personalised however you want. T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, slippers, mugs, bags, coasters, passport covers, sashes, cushions, frames, bottle openers and lots of other things that make fantastic gifts.

We have a lot of our own designs which you can choose from or you can send in your own design/idea. Everything is made to order so our designs can be altered to incorporate your own ideas. So if for example we have a design about loving football but you actually love cricket we can alter the design, just ask. We’ve had customers send in their own drawings to be put onto t shirts and we’ve also had customers request “a happy looking duck”. We can work with you to get the perfect design, and its all part of the service, no extra design fees.

We have a website but its a work in progress and we haven’t gotten round to putting all our designs on. The easiest way to order is just to inbox us with what you would like. We’ll take your order via messenger and you can pay via paypal or bank transfer whichever you prefer.
