We want you to love your purchase – but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
If you’d like to return an item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unworn condition, with any tags or packaging included.
Please note:
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in its original condition, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3–5 working days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If you’ve requested an exchange, we’ll ship the replacement item as soon as possible after processing.

We do not refund original delivery charges unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
